Eoin boasts over 40 years of experience in the housebuilding industry. Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles and achieved the position of managing director.

Eoin has worked for renowned organisations including Redrow, Miller, Morris, McInerney and Galliford Try, as well as government projects in Gibraltar.

As Partnerships Director, Eoin is focused on driving the business forward, forging robust relationships with housing associations and delivering high quality, energy-efficient, well-designed homes, with a view to becoming the “partner of choice” to our clients.

Emma Jenrick

Partnerships Manager

Emma has over 10 years experience working in the construction sector. Beginning her career working as a Buyer for a national housebuilder, Emma progressed to a Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor and ultimately Pre-Construction Commercial Lead for a major contracting developer to housing associations.

Emma also studied alongside her work commitments to obtain an HNC in the Built Environment and a Master’s in Project Management in Construction.

As Partnerships Manager for Castle Green, Emma supports existing partners on all aspects of schemes from inception to handover and seeks to grow relationships with new partners.

Bert Bonatti

Area Construction Manager

Bert Bonatti boasts 46-years in the construction industry, commencing as an apprentice bricklayer and later steering his own company for thirty years. Bert worked for renowned organisations including Lovell Homes and Pure before joining Castle Green Homes.

Over 7 years, Bert advanced from Site Manager to his current role, overseeing operations for both Private and Partnerships divisions. His journey reflects Castle Green Partnerships ethos, driving growth and fostering strong industry relationships across the North West of England and North Wales. Bert’s career embodies the company’s commitment to expertise, innovation, and collaborative expansion in the housing industry.

Stuart Andrew

Design & Planning Director

Stuart Andrew brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in the housebuilding industry. Before joining Castle Green, he made significant contributions to renowned developers such as Countryside, Persimmon, and Barratt Homes.

Starting his career in private practice with a background in architecture, Stuart honed a diverse skill set focused on design, planning, and engineering in housebuilding. His extensive network spans from Local Authorities to national agencies and professional consultants, enabling him to coordinate the design and delivery of award-winning residential developments and leading-edge homes for both Castle Green Homes and Castle Green Partnerships.

At Castle Green, as the Design & Planning Director, Stuart is intricately involved in various facets of the company. From conceptualising schemes to overseeing the realisation of exceptional residential developments, his influence spans the entire process, ensuring the timely delivery of our outstanding projects.
